Hiking

The Bear River Range is home to world-class hiking, and we love showing it off. Our guided hiking trips run throughout Logan Canyon and the surrounding Cache Valley mountains — from mellow canyon walks along the river to fascinating geological features like the Wind Caves and Crimson Trail, all the way up to bigger days at White Pine Lake, Mt. Naomi, and the High Creek area. Whether you're passing through for a weekend or you live here and just want to explore somewhere new with someone who knows the terrain, we'll put together a great day.

Hiking is one of our favorite things to guide because it works for almost everyone. Families with kids, groups of friends, solo travelers, visitors who've never hiked in Utah before — we adjust the pace, the distance, and the route to fit whoever shows up. Along the way we share what we know about the local geology, wildlife, and history of the range.

Half-day and full-day guided hikes are available throughout the season. Some of our favorite destinations include White Pine Lake, Jardine Juniper, the Wind Caves, Crimson Trail, and Sawmill/Temple Fork — each one different, each one worth the trip.
