Libby Lapray is a guide working both on the water and in the mountains. She is passionate about creating meaningful outdoor experiences—whether that’s helping someone land their first fish or building confidence in the backcountry. Her love for skiing and fishing started at a very young age. Growing up with a father who was a fly fishing guide, she learned early on not only the technical skills of the sport, but also a deep appreciation for time spent outdoors. Skiing has been a constant throughout her life. She grew up ski racing competitively before stepping away from the sport at 16. Soon after, she began an internship with the Ogden Avalanche Center, where she discovered a passion for avalanche education and backcountry travel. That path led her to become a certified AIARE instructor. On her days off, Libby enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new places, and tying flies for upcoming adventures.​​​
